1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the big123 Website and Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using our Services and close your Account.

• Single Account: You are permitted to hold only one Account with big123. Multiple Accounts created by the same individual will be closed, and all associated funds and winnings will be forfeited.
• Personal Use: Your Account is for personal recreational use only. Commercial use, professional gambling operations, and syndicate betting are strictly prohibited.
• Financial Capacity: You must use your own funds for deposits. Using funds that do not belong to you, including stolen credit cards or fraudulent payment methods, will result in immediate Account closure and legal action.

4. Account Registration

To access big123 Services, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. During registration, you agree to:

• Provide Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be true, accurate, current, and complete. You must update your information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate Account termination.
• Verify Your Identity: You consent to identity verification procedures including submission of government-issued identification (Indonesian ID card or passport), proof of address, and selfie verification. Verification is required before processing your first withdrawal.
• Maintain Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity occurring under your Account is your responsibility.
• Report Unauthorized Access: You must immediately notify big123 Customer Support if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account or any security breach.
• Accept Communications: By registering, you consent to receive communications from big123 via email, SMS, and in-platform notifications regarding your Account, promotions, and important updates.

Account Verification (KYC)

big123 implements Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to comply with anti-money laundering regulations and prevent fraud. Verification typically requires:

1. A clear copy of your Indonesian national ID card (KTP) or valid passport showing full name, date of birth, photo, and ID number.
2. Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence).
3. A selfie photograph holding your ID card next to your face for visual confirmation.
4. Additional documentation may be requested at our discretion for enhanced due diligence.

Verification processing typically takes 1-24 hours during business days (Western Indonesia Time). Withdrawals cannot be processed until verification is complete. Failure to complete verification within 30 days of registration may result in Account suspension.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits

big123 accepts deposits through various Indonesian banking channels and e-wallet providers including BCA, BRI, BNI, Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. By making a deposit, you agree to the following:

• big123 does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or payment provider may impose their own charges.
• Deposited funds must be used for gameplay. Deposits followed immediately by withdrawal requests without wagering may be flagged as money laundering and result in Account suspension.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal processing is subject to the following terms:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Maximum withdrawal limits vary by VIP tier and payment method.
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your name matching your Account registration details.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 1-4 hours during business hours (WIB timezone, Monday-Friday 9:00-18:00). VIP members enjoy priority processing.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit whenever possible. If this is not feasible, alternative withdrawal methods may be arranged.

Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses carry wagering requirements (also called rollover or playthrough requirements) that must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Typical wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier (e.g., 15x, 20x, 30x) applied to the bonus amount or combined deposit and bonus amount. For example, a Rp 1,000,000 bonus with 15x wagering requires Rp 15,000,000 in total bets before withdrawal.

Game Contribution

Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements:

• Slot Games: 100% contribution (every Rp 1,000 wagered counts as Rp 1,000 toward requirements)
• Live Casino Games: 10-20% contribution depending on game type
• Sports Betting: 50% contribution on single bets; 100% on accumulator/parlay bets with 3+ selections

Bonus Terms

7. Gameplay Rules

When using big123 Services, you agree to abide by the following gameplay rules:

• Fair Play: You must play all games in good faith and in accordance with their intended rules. Use of software, bots, automated systems, or any form of assistance that gives unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• Game Rules: Each game has specific rules available in the game interface. It is your responsibility to understand the rules before playing. big123 is not liable for losses resulting from misunderstanding game rules.
• Technical Issues: In the event of technical malfunction, all affected bets are void. big123 will attempt to resolve technical issues fairly but is not liable for losses caused by technical problems beyond our control.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in Account closure, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals after gambling.
• Professional card counting, advantage play, or betting patterns designed to exploit game mechanics rather than rely on chance.

9. Limitation of Liability

You acknowledge and agree to the following limitations on big123's liability:

• Gambling Risk: Gambling involves financial risk. You may lose money. big123 is not liable for your gambling losses. You gamble at your own risk and are solely responsible for your gambling decisions.
• Service Availability: We strive to maintain continuous service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. big123 is not liable for losses resulting from service downtime, maintenance, or technical issues.
• Third-Party Services: big123 integrates third-party game providers and payment processors. We are not liable for issues arising from third-party services, including but not limited to game malfunctions or payment processing delays.
• Maximum Liability: In any event, big123's total liability to you shall not exceed the amount of funds in your Account at the time the liability arises.
• No Guarantees: big123 makes no warranties or guarantees regarding winning outcomes, payout rates, or specific game results. Games are based on random number generation and chance.
• Force Majeure: big123 is not liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, internet outages, or government actions.

10. Account Termination

Termination by Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting Customer Support. Upon voluntary closure:

• Your Account will be closed within 48 hours of request.
• Any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method after deducting applicable processing fees.
• Active bonuses and associated wagering requirements will be forfeited.
• Self-exclusion periods may apply if requested for responsible gaming purposes.

Termination by big123

big123 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• We suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• You provide false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• You engage in prohibited activities as defined in Section 8.
• Your Account remains dormant (no login or activity) for 12 consecutive months.
• We are required to do so by legal or regulatory authorities.

Upon termination for breach of Terms, all funds may be forfeited and no refunds will be issued. big123 may also report illegal activity to relevant authorities.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws applicable to big123's licensing jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of big123 Services shall be resolved as follows:
